Noelle Jessup is a graphic design student at Old Dominion University based in Norfolk, VA. She is working towards her BFA and expects to graduate in 2023. When not working or looking at a computer screen, Noelle likes to hang out with her dog; Milo, create fun nail art, and build her excessively large and eclectic earring collection by attending local artist markets around Norfolk.
